Starts at $350 

Reach out: You have unlimited communication to confirm all details

Meet Up: 1 venue walk-through meeting and 1 detailed in-person meeting 

Designed It: Brainstorm & review all styling and design ideas. Execute and cross check the venue set-up on the day of the event.

Organize it: Create an event checklist & details sheet

It’s Handled: Complete vendor management - from suggested vendors to confirming contracts. We handle vendor communication, confirmation, and finalization.

I’m There: Oversee event set up only! Events over 25 guest or that have intricate tasks will require a 2nd coordinator. 

Always Prepared: Full access to our Party Box.

Full Production

Details Details Details: Assist with Invitation send out, RSVP liaison, party favor suggestions & assembly, signage & more! 

Plan It: Create Floor plan, timeline & venue design confirmation.

By your side: On site Coordination for up to 5hrs, MC, Photographer & handling any unforeseen hiccups!
