Begins 1 month prior to your event!
Starting Investment $1,800
Reach out: You have unlimited communication to confirm all details.
Meet Up: 1 venue walk-through meeting and 2 detailed meetings.
Designed It: Brainstorm and review all styling and design ideas. Execute and cross check the venue set-up on the day of the event.
It’s Handled: Complete vendor management - from suggested vendors to confirming contracts. We handle vendor communication, confirmation, and finalization.
The Little Things: Confirm day of timeline and manage small aspects, including distributing florals and finalize payments to vendors if needed.
By Your Side: Up to 12 hours of complete day-of execution.
*A second coordinator is required for all wedding parties over 100 people.
Capture This: Photography assistance with bridal party and family. We provide guidance and help with photo placement if needed.
Always Prepared: Full access to our Wedding Emergency Kit.
The In Style Package
Our partial coordination starts 3-6 months prior to your event!
Starting Invest $3,400
Everything in our Classic Package, plus:
Meet up: 2 additional detailed meetings.
Organize it: Create a wedding checklist and timeline.
Details Details Details: We remember all the small things so you won't forget - schedule hair and makeup trial, bridal accessories, "something old...", gift ideas for parents, couple and bridal party, and marriage license appointment.
Plan It: Floor plan suggestions and venue design confirmation.
It’s Covered: Rehearsal and walk-through coordination and assistance.
I’m There: Attendance as needed for vendor meetings. Availability is limited, so please check with us about reserving any meeting dates.
The Complete Package
Starting 9-12 months prior to the event!
Starting Investment $5,800
Everything in our Classic and In Style Package, plus:
Meet Up: Up to 15 detailed meetings
Perfect Place: Venue selection and coordination.
RSVP’d: Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and all printed materials.
Click It: Wedding website management.
Create It: Creation and execution of overall wedding design.
The Goods: Help with choosing wedding favors and accessories.
Pointers: General advice, consultation, and wedding etiquette information.
On A Budget: Develop, track, and establish budget priorities.
Travel Plans: Coordinating accommodations, transportation, and child care.
Time Well Spent: Up to 15 hours of complete day-of execution

*A third coordinator is required for all wedding parties over 200.
Wrap It Up: Payment scheduling, reminders, and finalization.
End Of The Night: Coordinate and ensure vendors pack-up prior to close.
Our AVP couples spend between $30-$200K in their overall wedding budget and can expect to pay 7%-10% for our In Style & Complete Planning. No wedding is the exact same so pricing will depend on your guest count, wedding location, and scope of work needed.

Meet Up: Unlimited Planning Meetings

The most helpful wedding vendor was our wedding planner, Ashley. She made sure all of the events that day ran smoothly and seamlessly. She was ready for anything thrown her way. She had an emergency kit filled with anything you could possibly need.
